TERMS & CONDITIONS:
NEW for 2026/2027: Required Bi-Weekly Cleaning Service for Long Term Stays
To help maintain the quality, cleanliness, and comfort of your suite throughout your stay, all long term reservations at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort are subject to a required bi-weekly cleaning service. The bi-weekly cleaning service includes:
- General cleaning of the suite
- Floor cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning
- Remaking beds with fresh linens
- Linen exchange
- Garbage and recycling removal
- In-suite amenity refresh
The cost for this service is $100 + applicable taxes per cleaning and will be automatically scheduled every two weeks by our Guest Services Team for the duration of the stay.
Guests will be notified of scheduled service dates in advance. To ensure the suite is properly maintained throughout the stay, guests are required to provide access for scheduled housekeeping services. If housekeeping access is repeatedly declined or unavailable, management reserves the right to cancel the remainder of the reservation in accordance with resort policies.
Additional housekeeping services may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Deposits: In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required with every booking at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort. Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. The same credit card must be provided upon check-in. Please ask our Guest Services Agents about the deposit required when making a reservation direct. If booking online, the deposit policy will be clearly listed beside each rate. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate booked. Here is some information on each type of cancellation policy we offer at our Resort:

- Flexible Rates – Reservations must be canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
- Non-Refundable Rates – Payment is required in full at time of booking. If you change or cancel your reservation, you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay.
- Long Term Rate – The deposit is fully refundable up to 30-days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30-days will forfeit the first month’s deposit.
Monthly Stays:
- All long term stays are based on availability.
- Not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
- Please check individual accommodation pages for the full list of amenities for each suite.
- Waterfront Villa’s are not available for monthly stays.
