Front Desk Hours

Our Front Desk Operates 24 hours a day and can be reached by dialing “0” on your in room telephone.

Wi-Fi Connection

Wireless internet is complimentary. If you need any assistance, please contact Guest Services

Quiet Time - 11:00 pm - 8:00 am

It is important to us that you and other guests enjoy your stay and are not kept awake unnecessarily. Quiet time is between 11:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please notify the Front Desk if you are being disturbed so we can address the problem quickly and effectively at the time

No Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind – which includes tobacco products, vaping and cannabis – is restricted to outdoor designated smoking areas ONLY. Smoking of any kind of the deck of your vacation home is NOT permitted. A charge of $250 will be incurred if you are discovered smoking in one of the vacation rental suites.

Pets

Our Resort offers a limited number of suites that are designated as pet-friendly. Please note that guests who do not request a pet-friendly suite upon booking cannot be guaranteed one will be available upon arrival. Guests who bring pets into unauthorized suites may face a charge of $500 to deep clean the accommodation following their stay. 

Hot Tub, Pool & Fitness Centre

Our fitness center and hot tub are open from 7am – 11pm daily, year-round.

The seasonal pool is open daily, from 7am – 11pm, starting in May (pending annual inspection) to October. The pool area has showers and change rooms available for guests

Check-Out Procedures

Check out time is 10:00 am on your departure date. Please ensure you have gathered your belongings before leaving your suite. Late check-outs are based on availability and can be requested at reception or by dialing “0” on your in-room phone.

Outdoor Fireplace

If you would like to enjoy the outdoor fireplace on the Hummingbird Terrace, we ask that you contact Guest Services by dialing “0” on your phone. They would be pleased to get the fireplace going for you.  If you can provide about 30 minutes notice, this will ensure it is burning nicely and create a most enjoyable experience.

Movies & Games

Complimentary games are available in our lobby.

DVD’s can be rented for $2.00+ tax per movie and are due back the following day. Movies can be applied to your account and paid at check out. You may take up to 3 movies per day. There will be a charge for lost or damaged movies.

Please note there is no in-room movie rental available on the TV or through the cable service.

Colouring Contest

Do you have children under 12 joining you during your stay? Make sure to ask us about our free children’s Activity Book. Every book filled out and returned is entered into a monthly draw to win a True Key custom miniature log house building kit!

Mountain Bike Rentals

We are happy to provide our guests with seasonal mountain bike rentals straight from the Resort. Give us a call at the Front Desk or stop by for more info. Mountain bike with all gear: $25/2hr, $45/4hr, $65/8hr. Taxes not included. Must be 18+.

In-Room Phones

To reach Front Desk, please dial “0”. For your friends or family trying to reach you, they should call 1-250-248-4674.  If for some reason a Guest Services Agent is unable to answer the phone and the caller gets our recording, they are able to call your room directly by dialing a “2” in front of your room number if they are trying to reach the A side, or a “3” in front of your room number if trying to reach the B side. For example, to get in touch with a guest in Room 222A, the caller would dial 2-222 or 3-222 for 222B. If there is no A/B side, they dial “2” in front of the room number, unless your room number is already 4 digits long (Waterfront units), then they just need to dial the unit number. To dial an outgoing call, press “9” and then the area code and number.

Environmental Fee

At the Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort, we are proud to be doing our part in the global movement against climate change. We’re working hard to reduce our emissions through energy conservation and other measures. How can you help? At the Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort, each guest contributes a $1 per night environmental fee which the Resort invests in projects to help remove, reduce, and eliminate the creation of greenhouse gases from the air we all share.
