TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Housekeeping: Monthly stays only offer housekeeping service once per week, additional cleans or a refreshing of supplies are available, charges may apply.
- Deposits: In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit is required with every booking at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort. Guests must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card to make a reservation. The same credit card must be provided upon check-in. Please ask our Guest Services Agents about the deposit required when making a reservation direct. If booking online, the deposit policy will be clearly listed beside each rate. If you have any questions, our team is always happy to help.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate booked. Here is some information on each type of cancellation policy we offer at our Resort:
- Flexible Rates – Reservations must be canceled prior to 72 hours of arrival to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit.
- Non-Refundable Rates – Payment is required in full at time of booking. If you change or cancel your reservation, you will not get a refund or credit to use for a future stay.
- Long Term Rate – The deposit is fully refundable up to 30-days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 30-days will forfeit the first month’s deposit.
- Monthly Stays:
- All long term stays are based on availability.
- Not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
- Please check individual accommodation pages for the full list of amenities for each suite.
- Waterfront Villa’s are not available for monthly stays.
