Keep up to date on the construction progress at Sunrise Ridge
Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is expanding! The Resort is undergoing construction to develop the new Residences at Sunrise Ridge duplex and townhome units. These will be located between the main lodge and the waterfront villas.
Please be assured that our staff and contractors will continue to work very hard to create minimum disruption to our valued guests. We hope this update answers all your questions about our expansion progress, we look forward to welcoming you to our Resort.
UPDATES:
April 2023: Phases 5 to 8 of the Residences at Sunrise Ridge have been completed and occupied. Phase 9 is nearing completion with furnishings and landscape underway, these residences will be ready to occupy in the month of April 2023. Phase 10 will be closing in July and construction has commenced on Phases 11, 12 and 13.
These exquisite modern townhomes are 1,200 square feet and offer 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a modern West-Coast contemporary design. They feature an open kitchen design including an island that’s perfect for entertaining, plus upgraded appliances and granite countertops.
