KEEP UP TO DATE ON THE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS AT SUNRISE RIDGE
Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort is expanding! The Resort is undergoing construction to develop the new Residences at Sunrise Ridge duplex and townhome units. These will be located between the main lodge and the waterfront villas.
Please be assured that our staff and contractors will continue to work very hard to create minimum disruption to our valued guests. We hope this update answers all your questions about our expansion progress, we look forward to welcoming you to our Resort.
Updates
January 2024:
- Phases 5 to 12 of the Residences at Sunrise Ridge have been completed and occupied.
- Phases 13 and 14 are scheduled to be completed in March.
- Phase 15, located on the bluff by the waterfront building, is scheduled to be completed by July.
- Asphalt is also scheduled to start in the Spring and be completed by fall 2024.
