It’s nice to know what to expect when you go on vacation, right? So if you’re considering staying with us, but still have some questions, check the list below for answers to questions we regularly hear from guests.

Do the units have Air Conditioning?
Only a few of our suites offer air conditioning. Please request an air conditioned room when making a reservation, additional fees may apply.

How do you guarantee my reservation?
In order to guarantee your reservation, guests making a reservation must be 19 years of age and have a valid credit card. A first night’s deposit (plus tax) will be taken at time of reservation. For any non-refundable rate or promotion, the full payment will be taken at time of booking.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Low & Shoulder Season (Sept 7 to June 18): Reservations must be cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival to receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations received within 72 hours will forfeit the first nights deposit.

High Season (June 19 to Sept 6): The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled inside 14 days the deposit is retained.

Non-refundable rates and promotions cannot be cancelled.

When can I Check-in / Check-out?
Check-in is 4:00p.m. and check-out is 10:00am. Additional charges may apply for late check-outs and a request must be made in advance.

Are Pets Allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the units or on the resort grounds, with the exception of certified companion or guide dogs. 

Can I Smoke?
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas and not inside the units. A charge will be incurred if you are discovered smoking in one of the vacation rental suites.

What about Housekeeping?
Daily housekeeping is provided for guests who have booked directly with the Resort. An economy rate is available for stays without daily housekeeping. If a guest has booked through an Online Travel Agent such as Expedia or, daily housekeeping can be provided for an additional fee. Please ask our Guest Services Agents for more details.

What is the Environmental Fee?
At Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort, each guest contributes a $1/night environmental fee which the Resort invests in projects to help remove, reduce, and eliminate the creation of greenhouse gases from the air we all share. These projects include: bigger and better recycling programs, green lifestyle services like bike racks, alternative in-room energy solutions such as energy efficient lighting, and more!

Does the Resort have a Restaurant?
There is no restaurant directly on-site, but there is one within a 2-minute walk of the resort and there are many other dining options just  short drive away.

Will we have Internet Access?
Yes! All of our accommodations have complementary wireless internet access.
