When you book a stay at our Resort, we GUARANTEE you will get the best rate. How can we guarantee this? Simple.
If you find a lower, publicly available rate on another website for the same accommodation and date, we’ll match the competing rate on any new bookings.
WHAT IS A “BEST RATE”?
As used in our advertising, “best rate” means a rate on another website that is $1.00 or more lower than the room rate at which you booked on our website. The other website’s rate must be publicly available for viewing and booking, and be for the same room type, same number of guests, same currency and for the same date(s) as ours.
If you do find a lower rate on another website within 24 hours of booking your reservation with us, simply follow the directions below.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FIND A LOWER RATE?
Our team will respond within two working days, verifying if the rate meets all of the terms and conditions. Once confirmed, the reservation will be modified in order to match the lower rate and corresponding discount, and a confirmation with the new price will be sent to you. If the rate does not meet all the terms and conditions, within the same time frame, an email will be sent to you explaining which conditions did not apply.
